  • Venue Hire: We offer bespoke venue hire for functions like birtday parties family gatherings, festive celebrations or corporate events. Our usual venue hire prices are for 1.5 hours, but we can offer venue for longer durations. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
  • Free Wi-Fi: We offer free Wi-Fi to all our customers.
  • Supervise for Free: We DO NOT charge for supervising parents/guardians.
  • Carers Free: Carers of customers with special needs do not pay to use trampolines. However, wearing grip socks is MANDATORY, and a small charge of grip socks is applied.
  • Bring your own Grip Socks: We DO NOT charge if you bring your own grip socks: All our customers are allowed to bring their own grip socks.
  • Check availability to avoid disappointment: we strongly recommend to book online, call or check our facebook page for latest availability.
  • Loyalty Card scheme: We offer free sessions to our regular customers. Enquire today about our loyalty scheme.
  • Feed your appetite: We offer a wide selection of hot & cold drinks, snacks, confectionary, sweets, sandwiches and hot dogs.

Trampoline and Soft Play Session Terms & Conditions

  • A session lasts for an hour. However, you are welcome to stay longer as long as we are not busy or there is no excusive hire party booking.
  • We do not allow outside food & drinks for trampoline sessions. All food and drinks must be purchased from the park.

Exclusive Hire Party Terms & Conditions

  • All party guests MUST watch the safety video before they can be allowed on the trampolines.
  • Exclusive hire only applies to Trampoline & Soft play area for initial 1 hour of the party.
  • During this exclusive hour, only you and your party guests will be allowed on trampolines and soft play area.
  • Party room will be available during the duration of the party.
  • You may bring your own food and cake for the party.
  • You MUST NOT bring any drinks for the party, including water. We supply squash and water for the party. Any other drinks (hot or cold) MUST BE purchased from the park.
  • We supply tables, chairs, plates & cups for the party.
  • You may visit upto 10 minutes BEFORE party start time. You may be refused entry to the park if you arrive more than 10 minutes before party start time.
  • You MUST vacate the party room upto 10 minutes after the party end time. You may be charged extra for occupying party room for longer than 10 minutes after the party end time.
  • You and your guests must vacate the park after 20 minutes of party end time. You may be charged extra for staying longer than 20 minutes after party end time.
  • All guests must return the Grip socks used for the party. You may be charged for grip socks if not returned once party is finished.
  • You MUST take back any unused food items, cutlery, napkins etc. that you brought with you for the party. Please DO NOT leave any unwanted food items behind.
  • Your chosen Mascot will make a visit for up to 10 minutes.
  • Deposit is non-refundable.
